Mangal Ready Pickle Mix (125g)
Ingredients Required: Mangal Ready Pickle Mix (250g) Raw Mangoes / Lemons / Cooking Apples Mustard Oil or Sesame Oil (250gms)
Method: Cut the Mangoes / Lemons / Apples into small pieces (throw away the kernel) and mix the Mangal Ready Pickle Mix with it, in a dry stainless steel utensil. Put this mixture in a clean dry jar. Heat the oil and allow to cool for 1 day. Pour the oil on top of the pickle layer in the jar, the next day.

You can prepare any vegetable pickle similarly using Carrots, Caulifloweers, Chillies etc with the help of Mangal Ready Pickle Mix.
