Sankofa Fufu Flour is specially formulated to replace part of the carbohydrate with fibre, so it can promote good health. Our Fufu Flour is a healthier food option because it contains natural gluten free complex carbohydrate and also fibre is added.

Furthermore no artificial colour is added and it is made from gluten free flour, therefore it is suitable for gluten intolerant individuals.

By replacing part of the carbohydrate in this Fufu Flour with fibre we have consequently reduced the available starch in this Sankofa Fufu Flour.

 It also contains Potato powder which helps to bind the main ingredients and improve texture of the prepared meal. Furthermore fibre is added for healthier nutrition.
