Schwarzkopf 100% Vegetale Natural Permanent Hair Colour is a naturally-formulated, durable hair colour which creates vibrant, healthy-looking shine, covers greys, and strengthens your hair. The key ingredients of these natural plant powder colours are derived from Ayurvedic tradition which inspires wellbeing through a perfect balance of body, mind and spirit.

Henna coats the hair strands with rich colour while sealing the hair cuticle to generate gloss. Indigo Plant Leaves, a renowned natural dye, deliver deep, rich pigment, and Senna enhances yellow-gold tones. Each shade has been enhanced with a selection of other Ayurvedic plants and herbs including Shikakai, Catechu, Myrobalan, Manjistha, Amla and Bhringraj with their caring, strengthening and colour-optimising properties.   Directions of use:

• Before application, read the instruction leaflet provided within the box carefully, including the safety instructions.
• Always perform the allergy alert test 48 hours before each time you lighten, even if you've used the product before.
• Wash hair using a mild shampoo. Towel dry and comb through.
• Using protective gloves provided, empty plant powder into a non-metallic bowl. Boil some water and allow to cool for a few minutes until temperature reaches approx. 80°C. Mix 225ml of water with the powder and mix using a brush or non-metallic implement. Add water if necessary up to a maximum of 240ml until a creamy consistency has been achieved.
• Place an old towel over the shoulders to protect clothing and apply colour to the roots, working along the lengths to tips of hair. Repeat strand by strand for each section until all your hair has been covered evenly. Distribute any residual paste over your hair and massage in with hands.
• Cover hair with processing cap provided and wrap with a towel to retain heat. For subtle colour reflexes, process for 30 minutes, or for a more intense colour result, leave for 60 minutes. Discard any unused paste.
• Wearing the gloves, rinse hair thoroughly with only water until it runs clear. No need to apply conditioner.
• Do not use shampoo or styling products for the next 24 hours to allow colour to fully develop. Do not apply standard, oxidative colour after 100% Vegetale or unpredictable colour results may occur.
