Lemon & Herb Flavourful Rub for the Perfect Peri Peri Chicken, try with other meat, fish and veg!

Instructions:
Generally rub 2 tbsp on 500g of poultry, meat or fish. Allow to stand in chiller for 2 hrs before grilling, roasting or BBQing.
Try sprinkled over potato wedges before cooking for an added spicy twist.
