Frozen - Tahira Chicken Burgers (36 X 65g) 2340g

Recipe: 

325 g Tahira Chicken Burger
 5 Burger buns
 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 2 cups Cabbage, Finely chopped
 ½ tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp Black pepper
 1 tbsp Mustard
 2 tsp Sugar
 2 Medium carrots, Shredded
 2 Tomatoes, Slices
 ½ cup Pickles, Slices

1. preheat a pan over medium heat, add fat then cook the chicken burgers for 3 minutes on both sides.

2. In a bowl add cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, salt, olive oil, sugar, mustard and black pepper. Mix ingredients well.

3. In a burger bun, add the above salad, chicken burger, tomato slices and pickles

4. Repeat the above step for the remaining buns.
