Edible Gum or Gond is sourced from the plant Acacia. is a natural edible gum of the plant . It is made by drying the sap of the plant and is available in white or brown coloured crystals. It is quite odourless and tasteless. Perfect to add as a cake decoration on top of a cake. An emulsifier, stabilizer and a texturant additive, commonly used in bakery items.
