Black beans, also known as turtle beans, are extremely popular in Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean and the southern United States. With their black skin, cream-coloured flesh and slightly sweet flavour, Tropical Sun Black Beans are especially good in soups and salads, served with rice or as an accompaniment to almost any meat and chicken dishes. Enjoy!
