Tropical Sun Essences are perfect for all types of dishes. Add a drop of our Caribbean Mixed Essence to your dish to give it a refreshing sweet and fruity flavour, especially your favourite sweet treats. It is concentrated, so as a rule of thumb we advise adding two drops per 1kg. However it’s always best to have a look at a recipe if you’re unsure. Enjoy!

Water, Alcohol (10%) (Ethanol), Vanilla (Natural Identical Flavour), Almond Extract (Natural Almond Oil) and Lemon Extract (Natural Lemon Oil).

Caribbean mixed essence

I am sorry to say that it is absolutely awful. It smells and tastes like cola. Very disappointed. Paid nearly£15 for in 2 including postage and I have poured it all down the drain. Very disappointed.
