Sprinkle it on salads, stir fries, green vegetables, tomatoes and potatoes. Use it to prepare soups, stews, casseroles, eggs and pasta. Add it to marinades and dips. Shake it over hamburgers, steaks and chicken. Lovely roast garlic taste. A bit to fine for me prefer a coarse grind but fantastic taste.

Great stuff with prompt service. One complaint: the package is only half filled.

Hey Elaine. Thank you for the feedback. Just a quick note to say the product is sold by weight (100g). Depending on the density of the seasoning, some will fill the tub, some will not, but all will be on weight.

This is brilliant, goes well with most meats for seasoning, either when cooking or marinating.
