Great alternative to meat or fish

I tried this for the first time as a replacement tuna mayonnaise. It was great. So inspiring to use this as I'm new to vgean, l don't feel like l'm missing out on anything. It could easily be used as pulled pork or chicken pie filling alternative depending on what flavours you want to add. Definitely recommended ??
